Prof. Licia Verde Inaugurates the CoG Colloquia Series with “A Tale of Many H₀”
In this colloquium, Prof. Licia Verde will present "A Tale of Many H₀", exploring a growing mystery at the heart of modern cosmology. The expansion of the universe is quantified by the Hubble constant, H₀, one of the most important parameters in cosmology. Yet different ways of measuring it give irreconcilable answers. This persistent tension is no longer a technical curiosity but a potential crisis, hinting that new physics may be needed to understand how our universe truly evolves.
We look forward to your participation as we kick off this new colloquium series at the Center of Gravity. After the presentation, we invite you to join us for an apéro reception, offering a chance to continue the conversation.
