Marina De Amicis & Thomas Spieksma to Defend Their PhD

Marina De Amicis and Thomas Spieksma will both defend their PhD soon. They have been with us for the last three years and done seminal work on Strong Gravity. Marina, with a foundational work on black hole perturbation theory, will defend her thesis work September 1. Thomas did ground-breaking work on spectroscopy, axion physics and accretion physics and will defend his thesis work on, September 4. Both defenses will take place in the legendary Auditorium A.
