CoG at the Annual Danis Astronomy Meeting
From May 12th to 13th, several members of the CoG took part at the Annual Danish Astronomy Meeting (ADAM) in Odense organised by the Danish Astronomical Society. The conference focused on a variety of topics ranging from observational astronomy, astrophysics, and instrumentation. Additionally, discussions on education and scientific outreach for the younger students were held.
A poster session also took place, where Conor Dyson presented his recent work on the effects of relativistic environments on extreme mass ratio inspirals, Maddalena Reggio showcased her work on probing dark matter subhalos using lensed gravitational waves, and Luka Vujeva displayed his work on gravitational wave lensing around supermassive black holes.
The atmosphere at the conference was very welcoming and pleasant. The social events present, allowed the researchers from all career stages and Danish institutions to interact and learn about each other's works.
