Black holes in comic books!

Rodrigo Panosso Macedo has been awarded the Carlsberg Mindelegat outreach grant to launch an entertaining and visually striking science communication project that brings black hole physics to life through comics and graphic novels. In collaboration with José María Ezquiaga, here at the Centre of Gravity, as well as the writer Cecil Castellucci and her former students from the Graphic Storytelling Programme at VIA University College in Viborg, the project will translate cutting-edge research on black hole physics into engaging visual narratives aimed at students, educators, and the general public. The initiative blends scientific rigor with creative storytelling to make one of the universe's most captivating phenomena accessible to all.
